ODIE THE BRAVE  ADOPTED

Odie came to us from Badajoz. Dumped by his galguero, no longer needed. Required, and an expense at that. Well, thay cant keep them when not useful can they? I mean theres no love lost from a galguero to his galgo, no shame felt when they dump them for infact they have "saved" them from being hung, or shot! Thing is, we so see way past the barriers the galgueros place around these galgos and to us, they shine like angels. Like Diamonds, sparkling away, is a galgos look. Love like gold, its so pure, you, we just want more!
Odie came under another name, one he just could not keep. I cannot keep a name on a galgo who was named by a galguero, they need fresh names which suit them. For a fresh start! Odie came but in the shadow of Prince. For Princes struggle for life took us over. There in the background was Odie. Good galgo vs bad galgo.. Prince, left to starve probaly no longer was he a good galgo, and on death row well.. say no more. His friend, his best friend Odie, .. fun, bouncy, loving and hyper, crazed in love for life couldnt express himself as with Prince in the clinic fighting for life he howled the place down.
As son as Prince came back he lay down in front of him, placed his head low and his paws inside the bed of his best friend Princes bed. "Im here my friend, Always" brought to the perrera together, to die together.. they had clearly been through it all together according to their Passports. A tear in their togetherness led Odie into wild panic. From the day Prince came home Odie hasnt peeped. A shoulder to cry on, for they have both clearly lent on one another for strength when they needed it. What a past they could tell.

Odie now copes alone, as does Princey. They dont need to depend on one another anymore, for they have to do that for them. All their neeeds are met.
